We are totally here for you, that's actually our job! 
We will actually start the consultation with discovery questions to guide us both into which way to go with your appointment, whether it’s cut or color! 

Please don’t apologize for coming in a hot mess!!!!
All the better to see you with my dear! (Yea, I’m stealing that line from little red riding hood, LOL.) But it can be helpful to see the hair in a more natural or “hot mess” state. It can even help to see if it’s dry or damage and which products to recommend. We are here to make you look and feel good.

TRUST: Trust the process!
Most all of what we do is a process, and the trust goes both ways! Our results are directly related to understanding you hair history. Daily routines and level of care. Our desired result will be based on all of that information. Nothing makes us happier than a client with a 6 week follow up and someone telling us it was perfect, or how many compliments they had! 

Lastly, enjoy the hair that you know you like and own it!
